1. Oil leakage and unstable oil pressure: after long-term use, a large amount of oil leakage occurs between the oil collecting circuits of the safety braking device and between the valve and the oil collecting circuit, and the oil pressure drop causes the valve to loosen, because the screws between them are loose, and the screws can be tightened to eliminate the fault; the unstable oil pressure is caused by Hydraulic system Due to the mixing of air in the coil, the current of the coil should be eliminated. The filter or electro-hydraulic pressure regulating device should be poor. The vibration of the coil may cause the oil pressure to be unstable. The filter can be strengthened with electrolytic capacitor.

2. The oil pressure cannot be guaranteed: the reason is that there is air suction in the system, there is a lot of foam in the oil tank, or the overflow valve and solenoid valve leak. Treatment methods: check the leakage of the oil pump suction nozzle; tighten the oil suction pipe of the oil pump; check the leakage of the oil suction filter to the oil pump suction nozzle pipe; check the tightness of the screw at the oil suction end of the oil pump; clean the valve core of the pressure reducing valve, such as the valve core It is not flexible, the hand-held valve core is ground in the body; the electromagnetic cleaning valve core moves flexibly in the body to ensure the valve core is in place.

3. Zero steam pressure: the brake system is not loose and the system software has no working pressure: the rotation direction of the oil pump is reversed or the oil pump does not output liquid; the valve core of the speed regulating valve of the hydraulic proportion equipment is stuck, and the damping hole is blocked; the oil suction port of the oil pump is blocked, and the oil suction filter is blocked; there is dust in the pressure valve, and the cone valve cannot be closed. Solutions: correct the rotation direction of the pump and remove the common faults of the oil pump; dismantle and clean the speed regulating valve, and specify that the valve core can be moved flexibly in the valve body, and the vibration damping hole shall be blown through with air compression; the filter element shall be cleaned to check whether the oil suction pipeline is blocked; the pressure valve shall be disassembled and the conical valve core shall be removed and cleaned.

4. Excessive residual pressure: excessive residual pressure will cause the brake to lose its function. The main reasons are: the distance between the baffle on the control rod of the electro-hydraulic pressure regulating device and the nozzle is too small; the orifice of the relief valve is too large. Treatment method: adjust or replace the baffle on the control rod; replace the orifice of the relief valve with a smaller diameter.

5. Failure of the second brake oil pressure protection performance: the reasons for the failure of the secondary brake oil pressure protection are: the large relief valve on the oil block and the dirt stuck in the valve lock are not tight; the one-way throttle valve is opened too large and the oil output is too large; the solenoid valve is dirty and the internal leakage is too large. This kind of failure can take off the valve core, clean and remove dirt, make the valve core in place, and then adjust the one-way throttle valve to open as little as possible to play the role of throttling and oil.
